We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA.
All access to the platform is restricted to HTTPS encrypted connections.
Data is backed up regularly.
All integrations with third-party platforms use secure HTTPS connections and per-user access tokens.
We do not store credit card information; payment data is securely handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
User passwords are securely hashed and salted and are never stored in plain text.
We may use aggregated and de-identified data derived from customer data to understand system performance, usage trends, and business insights.
